Joe’s Rock ‘n Wave Diner in Antioch
Joes Rock n’ Wave Diner serves up some of the best French Toast on the Chain O’Lakes. Offering breakfast and brunch from 7 a.m. — 2 p.m., this off the grid diner is an ideal location for anyone looking for a small town feel of a counter served meal. Joe’s is a great place to experience the relaxed and layed back flare of Antioch and is a local favorite.
Lake Marie Lodge in Antioch
The Dirty Rooster was featured in Spike TV’s Bar Rescue in the fall of 2014 on the episode ‘Swinging from the Rafters.’ Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer changed the aesthetic view, niche and direction of this bar that was going through hard times. Taffer ultimately renamed the Dirty Rooster to Lake Marie Lodge. Upon walking through the threshold, you obtain that relaxing feel as if you’re at a summer or winter lodge. The staff is inviting and quite refreshing.
