The Dirty Roost­er was fea­tured in Spike TV’s Bar Res­cue in the fall of 2014 on the episode Swing­ing from the Rafters.’ Bar Res­cue host Jon Taffer changed the aes­thet­ic view, niche and direc­tion of this bar that was going through hard times. Taffer ulti­mate­ly renamed the Dirty Roost­er to Lake Marie Lodge. Upon walk­ing through the thresh­old, you obtain that relax­ing feel as if you’re at a sum­mer or win­ter lodge.
